In the quaint village of Ridgefield, nestled amongst rolling hills and mighty rivers, lived two families whose lives were as intertwined as the branches of the trees in the woods.

The Harts, with their lively laughter and busy kitchen, were renowned for their fresh food and incredible hospitality. The Ericksons, with their warm smiles and bustling bakery, were known for their golden loaves and sweet cinnamon buns.

While their lives were filled with the daily rhythms of their trades, a shared dream simmered beneath the surface – a cozy haven where the aroma of freshly brewed coffee mingled with the warmth of friendship; a place to slow down from the bustle of the day. Little did each family know that when the Ericksons took a trip to their ancestral Sweden for a family reunion, they would uncover the inspiration for that cozy coffee haven they so desperately wanted to open.

The Ericksons loved this coffee tradition, where people gather to sip coffee, savour delicious pastries, and chat about life’s myriad wonders.

Talking to the Harts, they decided to bring it home to America.
